We bake a variety of breads using Iowa-milled organic flours and quality King Arthur flours. Here are some relevant buzz words we like: high-hydration, hand mixed, long fermentation, open crumb, toast! Sourdough culture is more than a tool here, it is a way of life.  

Our mission is to source the highest quality green coffees from suppliers that offer exceptional coffees and a desire to enable farmers to develop, provide tractability and long term partnerships.  

A local sausage production and retail facility offering traditional and modern styles of fresh sausage and charcuterie. We hand-craft premium, artisanal, flavorful sausage and meat products made from sustainable production methods. 

Since the 1900s, the “little bakery on the Avenue” has been a part of our community's cultural heritage district.

Ron's passion for wine started in the late 1980's. He founded Wineworks Inc. in 2015 so he could share his love for wine through his business.
