WINE

The nose is spicy and dark, with aromas of espresso, black plum, black currant, and deeply charred sweet oak. On the palate, the wine is rich with dark chocolate-covered cherries, freshly ground coffee, layered with broad but supple tannins. The long finish is perfumed with fresh vanilla bean.

Bursting with aromas of red cherry, ripe red raspberries, and a hint of rich barrel char. In the mouth, the wine is packed with red plum, freshly roasted coffee, milk chocolate, and the richness of toasted French oak barrel.

Exudes roasted hazelnut tones on the nose but it is closely followed by the signature aromas of blackberry, cherry, and raspberry fruit for which this wine is known. On the palate, the spice tones and tannins from the wood are supported with the rich fruit and a clean crisp finish.

Balanced, complex and elegant, with aromas and flavors of black fruit, blueberry jam and subtle floral notes reminiscent of violent on a background of cedar and toasted oak notes.

This focused, elegant Chardonnay’s aromas feature sweet golden apple, ripe citrus, tropical fruit and almond with touches of creamy yeast, vanilla and oak in the background. On the palate, the rich flavors are complemented by a light touch of toasty oak and refreshing citrus with mineral notes and bright acidity in the finish.

This celebrated variety of French origin, derives from a bud mutation of Pinot Noir. Preferring the fresh, windy climates found in Valdadige the ideal habitat to give their best.

This 100% stainless steel fermented and aged Sauvignon Blanc has an inviting bouquet of grapefruit and honeysuckle. Vibrant and fruit-driven flavors of honeydew melon, lemongrass and meringue intertwine on the palate with a crisp and creamy finish.

Features bright acidity with a sunny medley of floral, spice and orange blossom. Richly textured but also lively and refreshing. The slightly minerally finish is dry and satisfying.
